The aim of the program ‘Sign of Quality for tourism’ is to sensitize the touristy enterprises on quality issues, to promote co-operation among various service providers and develop the long-term quality of service. The procedure for the acquiring of the Q-label badge was designed in Switzerland and applies to many other European countries like Germany, Spain, Austria, Romania and Egypt as well.
